igniter
Watches the world and speaks up only when something is worth acting on.
Igniter detects actionable changes. It observes sources such as webhooks, structured API polling, HTTP endpoints, and CLI output, then emits typed signals that a person can read in one sentence and a machine can use without per-source glue. The igniterd daemon owns scheduling, ingest, detection, and SQLite persistence; the igniter CLI is its client.
