Pronoia is a capture-first todo system. It takes a quick note and, in the background, turns it into a repo-grounded, buildable spec, with a first-class agent surface over CLI and MCP. Rust owns the agent-grade core and CLI, Swift owns the Apple capture and CloudKit sync layer, and agents coordinate on tasks through leases.
